POPS is a non-profit, 501(c) (3) community-based organization in partnership with the Florida Department of Education, that provides paid internships, educational, and developmental skills training for youth who are 16-18 years old and attending high school.

The primary goal of the POPS program is to motivate diverse at-risk
students to complete their high school education and prepare them
for future success. Our secondary goal is to reduce some of the
at-risk factors through tutoring, mentoring, counseling, character
education, money management, and workforce development training.
